Mental decline, Impulsive behavior

According to website MayoClinic.com, which offers tons of advice on mental and physical health related issues, impulsive behavior disorder is associated with two common misbehaviors, inattention and hyperactivity.

Inattention behavior includes; lack of ability to focus, regular instances of unreasonable distraction, unorganized conduct in thoughts and actions, resistance in putting forth effort, and irrational absentmindedness. While these are all typical behaviors that all children will present if they interfere with everyday life it could be considered an impulsive behavior disorder.
Hyperactivity behavior includes; continuous restlessness, inability to follow through when instructed, reckless activity which happens regularly, constant attention seeking by being loud and outrageous, impatience even during short time periods, and unawareness of common manners. As with inattention behaviors these signs individually are to be expected, but when excessive can lead to greater problems.
